By the present application, the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition registration of which came to be refused on account of failure to

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 18th July 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, refusing registration of the Writ Petition, is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position.
