The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that, the order is passed under Section 48(7) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal. In case appeal is filed by the petitioner, all contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
