Heard learned Advocate for petitioner. It appears that petitioner wants quashment of crime which is registered with Mahim Police Station, Mumbai. It does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Bench. The jurisdiction lies with Principal Seat at Bombay and, therefore, Registrar (Judicial) to take action for transfer of petition to the Principal Seat. Upon the completion of said procedure it should be treated that Criminal Writ Petition No.1128 of 2025 is disposed of.
