We have perused prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution passed by Ad-hoc Committee & confirmed in Ad-hoc committee meeting dtd. 13.06.2024 for extension of the earlier Security Contractors on the same rates till 31.12.2024."

Considering the earlier order dated 12/07/2024, passed in Public Interest Litigation No.15/2020, we have called

9382.24ca (2) for suggestions by constituting a Special Committee for the purpose of taking a decision, in the light of the suggestions of the Ad-hoc Committee as regards whether the CISF should be deployed for security purposes. The Public Interest Litigation is scheduled for a hearing on 13/12/2024 at 4:30 p.m. after the Committee tenders the report.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
