Mr. Tiwari, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits

No. 12565 of 2015 that the respondents be directed to decide representation dated 30th July 2015 and be directed to publish notification for correction in the scheme of land bearing Survey No. 133/2+1-A and Gut No. 392 situated at Kasbe, Raver [District : Jalgaon]. According to the learned Counsel, the appeal has been decided in favour of the petitioner long back but further steps are not taken.

Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for the respondents, states that in fact the petitioner had sought time as there were standing crops. The process is undertaken and by October 2016, whole process will be completed. Affidavit in reply to that effect is filed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalgaon. 3.

Considering the affidavit in reply filed by the respondents, that the work would be completed within six months from April 2016, the said statement is accepted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, in view of the said affidavit. No costs.
