Applicant/Shree Saibaba Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 459 dtd. 03.07.2024 for the Insurance Policy for the year 2024-25 which includes the Insurance Policy of Property and Employees of Sansthan, Insurance Policy of Property of Hospitals and Employees of Hospitals and Accidental Insurance Policy of Sai Devotees for which an estimated amount of Rs. 69,48,024/- will be required to be spent."

We have perused the Resolution No.459, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, and the District Collector, Ahmednagar, along with the Chief Executive Officer of the Sansthan.

We are informed that the quotations have already been received by the Sansthan from the Insurance Company and the decision has been taken to accept the best proposal. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
