1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent no.13 is party to the proceedings before the Civil Court in execution proceedings. However, inadvertently, the respondent no.13 remains to be made party in the present petition. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to add respondent no.13 - Digambar Patilaba Wagh as party respondent in the present writ petition.

2] Liberty is granted to add respondent no.13 as party respondent in the present writ petition. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 5 to 12 also accepts notice for added respondent no.13.

10531.25WP 3] The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 5 to 12 has filed reply and the same is taken on record. 4] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, so also, the learned counsel for the respondents. 5] The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for sometime, submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to the Courts below to dispose of Civil Misc. Application No.1223 of 2021 in Regular Civil Suit No. 1119/1987 within a period of eight [8] weeks from today.

6] In view of submissions made, the trial Court is directed to conclude the hearing of the Civil Misc. Application No.1223 of 2021 within a period of eight [08] weeks from today. As regards the impugned orders are concerned, I have not interfered in the impugned orders. 7] Since there is no stay to the orders passed by the Courts below, all the parties to co-operate the Courts below to decide the Civil Misc. Application No.1223 of 2021.

8] In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
