Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the Respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner for regularising the suspension period of the petitioner from 12.3.1997 to 15.9.2000 and treat the same as duty period.

Considering the limited prayer made in the petition, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent-authority shall decide the claim of the petitioner seeking regularisation of the suspension period from 12.3.1997 to 15.9.2000 expeditiously within three (3) months.
