The Applicant/Shree Saibaba Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 464 dtd. 24.07.2024 for issuing E-Tender for the purpose of laying Networking Cables and Wi-Fi Services at New Educational Complex, Auditorium Hall, Swimming Pool, Sports Complex for which an amount of Rs.96,55,000/- is required to be spent"

We have perused the said Resolution No.464, dated 24/07/2024, which is approved by the learned Principal District

9379.24ca (2) Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, and the District Collector, Ahmednagar, Member of the Ad-hoc Committee, along with the Chief Executive Officer of the Sansthan.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
