The limited grievance raised in this Petition is that, representation of the petitioner praying therein for change in caste in school record has not been decided. We direct the concerned Authority to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in particular, in accordance with Regulations 26(3) and 26(4) of the Secondary School Code, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, within six weeks form today.
