Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

It has been alleged that informant's daughter (deceased) married in the year 2005. Since the marriage, the deceased was ill-treated. Her husband was addicted to liquor. She was doing domestic work. It has been alleged against the applicant that she asked the deceased to bring Rs.1,00,000/- to purchase auto rickshaw for her son. However, the said dispute was settled. Then, for some days, she was treated well. The applicant was telling to the deceased that her husband always used to fell ill and she should bring money from her mother and provide medication to him.

Considering the allegations, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not essential. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) In the event of arrest, applicant Malanbai w/o. Madhavrao Gayakwad, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No. 252 of 2022 registered with Basmat (City) Police Station, Taluka Basmat, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
