Applicant/Shree Saibaba Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dtd. 21.07.2024 for issuing E-Tender for the purpose of installation of CCTV Cameras and all the required Items for which an amount of Rs. 80,00,000/-+ Taxes is required to be spent."

The Sansthan desires to seek E-tenders for installation of CCTV Cameras in the Educational Institutions. A Resolution

9383.24ca (2) has already been passed by the Ad-hoc Committee, vide the Circulatory Resolution, dated 21/07/2023. It is pointed out that, the Respondent/Government of Maharashtra has issued a Government Resolution dated 21/08/2024, vide which, even the State Government has declared it's intention to make CCTV coverage in the Schools compulsory for the protection of the students.

We have perused the said Circulatory Resolution dated 21/07/2023, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, and the District Collector, Ahmednagar, Member of the Ad-hoc Committee, along with the Chief Executive Officer of the Sansthan.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
