Heard rival submissions. The learned counsel for the applicants placed reliance of order dtd.12.12.2019 in other similar matter arising out of same acquisition whereby the claimant therein was allowed to be withdrawn 70 % of the deposited amount.

In the instant matter, the Acquiring Body is deposited entire amount and therefore, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 70 % of the deposited amount by furnishing undertaking in usual terms to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
