Petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of their tribe certificates. 2.

Proposals of the petitioners are pending with the Committee for almost a year. However, it is now being pointed out that one of them intends to secure admission through NEETUG-2024, process of which is already underway. 3.

The Committee may consider the exigency and the request of the petitioners and if it is possible, to decide their proposals as expeditiously as possible to enable the petitioner No. 1 to secure the admission. The petitioners may appear before the Committee on 26 August 2024.
