PER COURT:- 1.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.P. for respondentsState. 2.

The petitioners seek benefits of revised pension on the ground that the petitioners have retired from service in between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009. The petitioners seek benefits given to the other employees as given in view of the Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009.

The issue involved in the present case is no longer res-integra in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.8985 of 2011 with connected matters decided on 09.05.2014. The said

(2) 17-wp-10863-2015 judgment is also confirmed by the Apex Court under its order dated 11.10.2017.

In light of the above, we follow the same course.

The writ petition is allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 09.05.2014 in Writ Petition No.8985 of 2011 with connected Writ Petitions. The respondents shall calculate the benefits payable to the petitioners within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
