ORDER

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in both these applications, are seeking condonation of delay of 152 days which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition. 3.

Learned counsel for the Acquiring Body and learned AGP though opposed the application, but considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed and the delay of 152 days stands condoned subject to cost of Rs. 500/- each (Rs. Five Hundred only) to be deposited with the Registry of

It is made clear that the applicants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay. 5.
