Due to supervening events, applicants are seeking disbursement of the amount to applicant No.3 Rohit Kadam. First appeal was disposed of vide judgment dated 26.03.2019. At that time, applicant No.3 Rohit was minor, therefore, amount allotted to him was directed to be invested in nationalized bank. He has attained majority which is evident from birth certificate. It is desirable to permit him to receive the amount with accrued interest.
