1. Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel submits that the reservation has been made for all categories, however, no seat is meant for general category. The post is reserved for general woman but no post is reserved for general category. In the 2015 election, no post was reserved for general category in village Pendephal, Tq. Vaijapur. The same is an illegality. In fact it is a technical error on the part of the respondents. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kadethankar, the learned Advocate for the State Election Commission and learned A.G.P. for the State. 3.

Ward formation and the reservation were finalized in March, 2020. Final notification was issued on 27th October, 2020. The petitioner did not challenge the same earlier. The petitioner raised objection for the first time on 09.12.2020 i.e. after the date for raising the objection to the voters list.
