Heard. The petitioner is awaiting inclusion of his name in the Shalarth Pranali for disbursement of salary. A proposal has been forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zill Parishal, Jalgaon to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik on 20 October 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate decision and pass suitable order on the proposal (supra), if it has not been already decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six
