This review is filed with a contention that this Court, though has opined that Petitioner would not be entitled for interest from the date of dismissal of the reference till the date of its restoration, it is however recorded that Petitioner is not entitled to seek interest on enhanced amount if granted by the reference Court. This, according to him, indicates that petitioner would not be entitled for interest for any period, if enhancement is granted. 2.

Learned counsel for acquiring body confirms the said fact.

In view of this, appropriate correction deserves to be made in the order dated 22/07/2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8741/2023. Accordingly, in paragraph No.8 of the said order, the following words are added.

"if granted by the Reference Court from the date of dismissal of reference till its restoration".
