1] The petitioners are challenging the interim order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Erandol in Revision Application No.86 of 2022.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interim order ought to have passed in favour of the petitioners as the road, which is directed to be opened by the Tahsildar, passes through the field of the petitioners and there is crop standing in the field of the petitioners.

10997.23WP 3] In view of the same, it would be more appropriate to direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Erandol to decide the pending Revision Application No.86 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4] This order is innocuous and is passed ex parte without issuing notice to the respondents.

5] The present Wit Petition is disposed of.
