The application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate has been rejected by the Sub-Divisional Officer. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed appeal before the Scrutiny Committee. Considering the order passed by the Committee, it appears that the petitioner did not remain present at the time of hearing.

Considering the fact that the petitioner could not remain

Writ Petition No.13058/2018 present before the Committee, we are inclined to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear before the Committee. 3.

The order passed by the Scrutiny Committee is set aside. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th February 2019 and put forth his case. The Committee shall, after hearing the petitioner, decide the appeal filed by the petitioner afresh, preferably within three months thereafter. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
