By this application, the applicants seek permission to correct the name in disposed of Civil Application No.5727/2023. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the name of applicant no.1(d)3-Usha Satish Bhavkar mentioned in title clause of Civil Application No.5726/2023, which needs to be corrected as Usha Sharad Bhillare. The copy of Aadhaar Card is placed on record to demonstrate her correct name.

Considering the submissions advanced, there is no impediment in permitting the applicants to carry necessary corrections or replace the name as per Aadhaar Card. Hence, the following order:-
