These are the applications to bring on record legal heirs of original claimants.

Heard Mr D.R. Jayabhar, learned Advocate for applicants and Mr S.G. Sangle, learned A.G.P. for respondent/State. 3.

Even though there is delay in moving these applications, it would be just and proper to condone the delay and allow the applications to bring legal heirs of original claimants on reocord having regard to the nature of dispute.

ORDER

(i) The civil applications moved by the respective applicants to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimants are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).

(ii) The legal heirs of deceased claimants shall be brought on record within four weeks from today.
