Petitioner's proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee. He is in urgent need of some decision to secure admission in the current admission process wherein even a college has been allotted to him.

It is pointed out that petitioner's father possesses a validity certificate. Vigilance enquiry was conducted in the father's matter. He is ready to adopt the reply of the father to the report and committee be directed to decide the proposal forthwith.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee tomorrow i.e. 30 August 2024. The committee may thereafter consider his request for adopting reply filed
