Heard. The order impugned is an interlocutory order, whereby the order of the Collector, Jalna, which disqualifies respondents No.4 to 7, is stayed.

Rather than considering the legality of the interlocutory order, vide letter No. MUN-2019/Pra.Kra.00/Navi-15 dated 29/07/2019, which is ex parte, it would be appropriate if the respondent No.1 is directed to finally decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within 90 days from the date of production of this order.
