The applicants have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B.

The applicants may kindly be permitted to amend the Writ Petition and incorporate Paragraph No. 8-A to 8-M and prayer Clause B-1 to B-4 in the Writ Petition, for that purpose, issue necessary directions."

Having considered the reasons set out in the application for seeking amendment and on considering the objections of the learned Advocate for the respondents, we are of the view that the amendment can be permitted, since the writ petition has been

The learned Advocate for respondent No.5/Authority, submits that, an additional affidavit-in-reply to counter the amended portion, would be filed within three weeks from today. 4.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. 5.
