Heard. Perused the impugned award. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking. the amount payable to applicant No.3 be kept in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank until he attains the age of majority. On his attaining majority, the concerned Bank shall pay him the amount deposited in Fixed Deposit. Civil Application is disposed of. 2.
