Considering the journey of litigation of the petitioners, they have a remedy in filing a second revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R.Code in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [2016(6) ALL MR 468 = (2016) 2 SCC 213]. 2.

This petition is, therefore, disposed of. In the event these petitioners approach the State by filing a second revision within 4 (four) weeks from today, the delay if any, caused due to the pendency of this petition from 27/08/2018 till the passing of this order, would be a ground for condonation of delay.
