PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The reliefs prayed for in this petition, cannot be granted. We have perused the observations recorded by learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal. There was no appointment letter on record. There was no approval by the concerned authority. Merely because the management agrees to absorb the petitioner that itself could not have been a ground for the School Tribunal to exercise jurisdiction, which is not vested in it and direct the respondent/management to absorb the petitioner. The petition is devoid of merit, hence rejected.

2) At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave refused.
