This matter was heard for some time. We expressed that if this matter is to be dealt with directly by this Court overlooking the statutory path of litigation as prescribed in law, we may have to make certain observations.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would assail the order by preferring an appeal. In view of this statement, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

Contentions of the litigating parties are kept open. In the event of their being any issue of delay, the same would be dealt with in accordance with law.
