Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 103 days in filing criminal appeal to challenge the conviction of the accused/ appellant in Sessions Case No.67/2017 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad on 22.02.2023. He has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (on two counts). It appears that the accused was never released on bail.
