It is brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant and non-applicant have filed Petition F-77 of 2025 before the Family Court, at Jalgaon seeking divorce by mutual consent.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent points out that in paragraph no.4 there is specific stipulation that present MCA No.254 of 2024 shall be withdrawn.

In light of aforesaid contention, M.C.A. No.254 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
