Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondents. Learned AGP raised a preliminary objection stating that alternate remedy is available to the petitioner before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the light of above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. While considering then prayer of the petitioner for condonation of delay, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal shall keep in view the period spent in prosecuting the matter before the concerned authorities as also this petition.
