The learned Counsel submits that the management has submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher, however, the same is not decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal is forwarded by the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher and if same is pending with the respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
