A practical difficulty is expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants - claimants that by order dated 08th September, 2025 his clients were permitted to receive the amount. They are present today. Out of them one Mr. Manohar Vishwanat Nawgire is disabled and suffering from paralysis and he is unable to satisfy inquiry or undertaking to be conducted by the Registrar (Judicial). He is accompanied by other claimants,

2 ca 9468.25 II who are blood relatives. It is prayed that on behalf Manohar, the verification of the present claimants is required to be directed to be conducted.

Considering the practical difficulty expressed, I am inclined to accept the request. However, Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall verify the identity of the person who is representing Manohar Vishwanath Navgire for verification.
