The applicant/claimant has moved this application seeking direction to the respondent No. 1 to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 06-01-2021, passed by this court. 2.

On instructions, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the amount shall be deposited within eight weeks. He has tendered the copy of communication dated 15-01-2021 received from the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division No. 1, Solapur. The statement made by the appellant/acquiring body through Advocate is accepted.
