By this application, the applicants seek permission to serve respondent nos.1 to 7 by way of news paper publication. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - 'B' and the same is disposed of accordingly.

The applicants are at liberty to serve respondent nos.1 to 7 by service through daily news paper having wide publication in District Nanded. A copy of such news paper publication shall be placed on record of this Court within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
