We had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions about the land acquired from the petitioner as per the joint measurement, and the Award i.e. 'E' statement. The learned A.G.P. submits that though in the 7/12 extract, 21 R is stated, however, in the joint measurement and the 'E' statement of the Award, the land of the petitioner acquired is stated as one hector and 21R.

The learned A.G.P. submits that within three months, the amount as per the award would be paid.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
