Mr.Irpatgire, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. state that the time is already extended for concluding the inquiry.

It is stated that now Inquiry Officer is appointed of the rank of District Judge. In the Civil Application for extension of time to conclude inquiry, the name of Inquiry Officer is also given and the copy of the same is also given to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Now the petitioners know the Inquiry Officer being appointed. The petitioners and the Respondents may take further steps as per order passed by this Court on 3.12.2014. 5.

In view of that, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
