The learned Counsel submits that the management has submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Junior Clerk, however, the same is not decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal is forwarded by the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Junior Clerk and if same is pending with the respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
