The order dated 27.07.2017 is assailed in the present writ petition.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 3.

The impugned order only states that, the complaint is received from Lotan Maharu Choudhari and as complaint is received the order passed on 26.12.2016 is cancelled. In fact, order of approval is granted to the petitioner on 14.03.2017. No reasons are forthcoming for cancelling the approval granted on

Such an order which is bereft of any reasons cannot be sustained. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Deputy Director of Education shall consider the objection raised and the stand of the petitioner and the management, and thereafter take a fresh decision expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The parties may represent themselves before the authority. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
