Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.0562 of 2024 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 64(2)(m), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The applicant is 19 years old and the victim is 30 years old married woman. The papers reveal that the applicant and the victim had a good acquaintance. They were talking on phone. The relationship appears to have developed. However, one day, the applicant made some obscene photographs viral on the instagram. Hence, the victim lodged the first information report.

The material investigation has been completed. There are no antecedents to his discredit. In the facts of the case, the applicant deserves bail. It would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Hemant Ashok Saini be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that he should not contact the victim in any mode or manner till the chargesheet is filed.
