For the reasons cited in the instant application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A'. Order dated 27.04.2022 is set aside to the extent of present applicant. Applicant herein is directed to supply spare copies within two (02) weeks from today. On receipt of spare copies, office to issue notices, returnable on 12th December, 2022. 4.
