Considering the challenge to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the order passed by this Court dated 10th February 2015, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court as per the shares determined by the Tribunal in the operative part of the order.
