The learned AGP submits that the report of the District Superintendent of Land Records, Latur is ready. However on account of ambiguity as to the exact Court in which the report is required to be submitted, the same has not been submitted. Obviously, the report of the District Superintendent of Land Records, Latur is required to be submitted before the trial Court.

Mrs. Mhase, the learned counsel for petitioner in writ petition submits that the report of the District Superintendent of Land Records has already been submitted before the trial Court. 3.

The Civil Application is disposed of with a direction to

the District Superintendent of Land Records, Latur to submit his report before the trial Court, if already not submitted. 4.

Since the report is already received, the trial Court shall be free to proceed with the suit.
