The second appeal was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 26/04/2017 for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 97 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within 3 weeks from today. After depositing the costs, the appellants shall remove all office objections within 3 weeks thereafter. Pursuant to the compliance of these directions, the order of the learned Registrar dated 26/04/2017 shall stand recalled and khs/SEPT. 2017/11550-d

the second appeal shall be registered.

Failure to comply with the above directions would result in the restoration of the order dated 26/04/2017 and this civil application shall then stand dismissed.
