This is an application moved by respondent no.2 in second appeal seeking restraint on creation of third party interest in respect of the corpus of the dispute.

Learned counsel Mr. S. S. Choudhary gracefully submits that such a relief although may not be palatable in the circumstances of the case, yet on instructions submits that such an order may be passed.

In view of above, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
