The Petitioners pray that their CL-III license from the existing address to the new address, be shifted in the light of the representation.

The learned AGP submits that a particular form is prescribed under the Rules and the Petitioners have to fill in the forms and tender the same. Only thereafter, the prayer can be considered. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the procedure laid down in Law will be followed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the Petitioners move a proposal strictly in accordance with the Rules, the same would be considered as per the date of filing of the proposal, strictly in accordance with the Rules and the quota system applicable.
