PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company. Applicant Nos.2 and 3 though were minor at the time of passing of the award in the matter, now both of them have become major. It is also informed that the marriages of both these applicants have to be performed. Applicant No.1 is seeking the withdrawal of the amount invested in the name of applicant Nos.2 and 3 for that purpose.

For the reasons stated in the application, request for withdrawal of the amount needs to be considered. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount falling to the share of applicant Nos.2 and 3 on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
